Description
TCI B6879 (CAS 885453-49-6) is 4-bromo-2-chloro-6-fluoroaniline, a trihalogenated aniline offering three differentiated reaction handles on a single ring. The bromine is generally the most reactive site in palladium-catalysed cross-coupling, allowing chemists to functionalise stepwise while retaining the chloro and fluoro substituents. The free amino group supports acylation, sulfonylation, diazotisation and cyclisation routes to fused heterocycles. Available from TCI in 5 g and 25 g packs, it should be stored cool, dry and protected from light, with handling carried out in a fume hood.
