TCI B6925 (CAS 343864-78-8) is 4-bromo-2-iodo-1-nitrobenzene, a trifunctional aromatic building block combining iodo, bromo and nitro groups on one ring. The iodide is normally far more reactive in palladium-catalysed cross-coupling than the bromide, enabling orthogonal, stepwise functionalisation.
