TCI C0364 Dimethyl Citraconate (CAS 617-54-9) is the dimethyl ester of citraconic acid, offering improved solubility in organic solvents compared with the parent diacid. The two ester groups flanking a methyl-substituted double bond make it an effective Michael acceptor and an activated dienophile for Diels-Alder chemistry.
