TCI E0755 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium Methanesulfonate is an ionic liquid built from the EMIM cation paired with a methanesulfonate, or mesylate, anion. This salt belongs to the hydrophilic class of ionic liquids, meaning it mixes readily with water and other polar solvents.
