Carboxymethoxylamine Hemihydrochloride (TCI C0205, CAS 2921-14-4), also known as aminooxyacetic acid hemihydrochloride, is a stable salt form of a reactive aminooxy compound. Its aminooxy group readily condenses with aldehydes and ketones, making it useful for carbonyl derivatisation and oxime-based bioconjugation. In biochemistry it is widely applied as an inhibitor of pyridoxal phosphate–dependent enzymes such as transaminases. AMI Scientific supplies this TCI reagent in 25 g and 500 g packs for biochemistry, pharmaceutical, and analytical laboratories in Indonesia.
