TCI C0991 Sodium Chlorodifluoroacetate (CAS 1895-39-2) is a solid fluorinated building block widely used as an in-situ difluorocarbene source. On heating it enables gem-difluorocyclopropanation of alkenes and difluoromethylation of nucleophiles such as phenols, thiols and amines.
