These Ossila pre-patterned indium tin oxide (ITO) glass substrates measure 20 mm x 15 mm and are made for building and testing organic photovoltaic (OPV) and OLED devices. They are supplied as a pack of 100 (S211).
The patterned ITO layout supports two device architectures. Paired with a multi-electrode deposition mask it gives eight separate pixels, while a single-electrode deposition mask produces one large pixel.
Each substrate is 1.1 mm polished soda lime float glass carrying a fully oxidized ITO coating of 100 nm ± 20 nm with a sheet resistance of 20 Ω/square. AFM measurements show a glass roughness below 1 nm RMS and an ITO roughness of 1.8 nm RMS, giving a smooth base for thin-film deposition.
- Fabrication of organic photovoltaic (OPV) test devices.
- Fabrication and testing of OLED devices.
- Building eight-pixel devices with a multi-electrode deposition mask.
- Producing single large-pixel devices with a single-electrode deposition mask.
