These pre-patterned FTO glass substrates from Ossila are sized at 20 mm x 15 mm and intended for building and testing organic photovoltaic (OPV) and OLED devices. Each piece is cut from polished soda lime float glass 1.6 mm thick and carries a 300 nm fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) coating with a sheet resistance of 6 – 9 Ω/square.
The substrates support both multi-pixel and single-pixel device architectures. Paired with the Ossila multi-electrode deposition mask, a single substrate yields 8 individual pixels; with the single-electrode deposition mask it gives one large pixel instead.
They are part of the Ossila 20 mm x 15 mm PV/OLED System, and Ossila provides OLED and OPV fabrication guides that walk through device preparation step by step. This catalogue item is supplied as a 100 pack.
