The Ossila 100mm Linear Stage (G2010F1) is a motorised positioning stage offering 100 mm of travel for precise, repeatable motion in laboratory setups. Motor, controller and stage are built into a single unit, and motion is delivered by a C7 precision ball screw running on dual linear rails, with a top speed of 15 mm/s.
Its stackable design lets two or three stages be combined into multi-axis systems without extra adapters. Each stage is calibrated to ISO 230-2:2014 using a traceable calibration system and ships with a test report, with backlash below 20 μm and repeatability below 40 μm.
Control is handled by the free Ossila Motion Control Console, which connects over USB. It can home the stage, move to absolute positions or by relative distances, and set speed. Several connected stages are detected automatically and run from one window, and a serial command library is available for direct control.
- Precise single-axis positioning across a 100 mm travel range.
- Building XYZ or other multi-axis motion systems by stacking two or three stages.
- Mounting on an optical breadboard for stable, accurate motion control.
- Automated motion tasks controlled through a serial command library.
