The Ossila 200mm Linear Stage (G2010B1) is a motorised positioning stage that moves equipment or samples along a single axis over a 200 mm travel range. A C7 precision ball screw running on dual linear rails drives the carriage at up to 15 mm/s, with backlash below 20 μm and repeatability below 40 μm. It handles loads of up to 30 kg horizontally and 10 kg vertically.

Each unit is calibrated to ISO 230-2:2014 using a traceable calibration system and ships with a test report. The stages stack directly on one another without extra adapters, so two or three units can be combined into an XY or XYZ system.

Control is through the free Ossila Motion Control Console over USB. It lets you home the stage, move to absolute positions or by relative distances, and set speed. Several connected stages are detected automatically and run from one window, and a serial command library is available for direct control.
