This Ossila bundle pairs the Advanced spin coater (L2001B2) with a single syringe pump, so solution deposition can be automated rather than done by hand. The kit includes a connection adapter, disposable syringes, PTFE tubing and needles, giving a ready setup for repeatable thin film fabrication with less operator error.

The Advanced spin coater runs from 500 to 10,000 rpm with speed stability better than 0.25% error, programmable acceleration up to 4000 rpm/s and deceleration up to 700 rpm/s, and spin times of 1 to 3,600 sec. It has a PTFE bowl, powder coated steel casing and tempered glass lid, and accepts substrates up to 100 mm (4") diameter.

The single syringe pump supports infusion and withdrawal with syringes from 0.5 μl to 60 ml, driven by a NEMA 17 stepper motor with ±0.16% rate accuracy. Both units carry built-in software, so multi-step programs can be stored without an external PC. The adapter still allows manual dispensing, and either unit can also be used on its own. The bundle is supplied with a multi-substrate chuck; custom chucks are also an option.
