This Ossila bundle pairs the Standard V3 spin coater (L2001A3) with a dual syringe pump and a custom polypropylene chuck, giving labs an automated way to deposit solutions during spin coating. A connection adapter, disposable syringes, PTFE tubing and needles are included, so the pump can dispense directly onto the spinning substrate for more repeatable films with less operator error.

The dual pump has two channels that can be run completely independently, and the system can dispense up to four different solutions separately. This suits layer-by-layer coating, antisolvent quenching and other multi-step processes. Manual pipetting remains possible with the adapter in place, and both instruments can also be used on their own.

The spin coater covers 120 – 6,000 rpm with <2% speed error and accepts substrates up to 100 mm (4") diameter. The syringe pump works in infusion and withdrawal modes, holds syringes from 0.5 μl to 60 ml and offers ±0.16% rate accuracy. Both units have built-in software for multi-step programs, so no external PC is required.
