These Ossila FTO glass substrates are pre-patterned 25 mm x 25 mm plates intended for quick prototyping of OLED and photovoltaic (PV) devices. Each substrate is polished soda lime float glass, 1.6 mm thick, carrying a 300 nm fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) coating with a sheet resistance of 6 - 9 Ω/square.
The larger 25 mm format was developed to help researchers move towards bigger active areas. Paired with the matching Ossila deposition masks, one substrate can hold four pixels of 48 mm2 (6 mm x 8 mm) each, or one large pixel of 255 mm2 (15 mm x 17 mm).
The substrates belong to the Ossila 25 mm x 25 mm PV/OLED System and are supplied in a 100 pack.
- Rapid prototyping of OLED devices on pre-patterned FTO substrates.
- Fabrication of photovoltaic (OPV) test devices.
- Scaling up device active areas using a single 255 mm2 pixel.
- Making four-pixel devices with 48 mm2 active areas per pixel in combination with deposition masks.
