These Ossila ITO glass substrates measure 25 mm x 75 mm and carry a patterned indium tin oxide coating for organic photovoltaic (OPV) and OLED research. They are offered in a pixelated layout or a module layout, giving researchers a larger format for building bigger devices.
The base is 1.1 mm polished soda lime float glass with a roughness below 1 nm RMS (by AFM). It is coated with fully oxidized ITO, 100 nm ± 20 nm thick, with a sheet resistance of 20 Ω/square and a surface roughness of 1.8 nm RMS (by AFM).
The larger format is intended to make scale-up affordable, so the substrates suit work that moves beyond small test pixels toward larger devices and the study of large-scale manufacturing techniques. They are designed for use with the Ossila 75 mm x 25 mm PV/OLED System.
- Fabrication of larger-area organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices and modules.
- Fabrication of larger OLED devices on pre-patterned ITO.
- Investigation of large-scale manufacturing techniques for organic electronics.
- Use with the Ossila 75 mm x 25 mm PV/OLED System.
