Collection: CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing Enhancers

CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing Enhancers — contains epigenetic and cell metabolism modulator compounds such as histone deacetylase inhibitors, nucleoside analogues, and protein secretion inhibitors that can improve the efficiency of CRISPR/Cas9-based genome editing. These compounds work by influencing chromatin structure, DNA replication, or cellular pathways involved in double-strand break repair.

CRISPR/Cas9 Genome Editing Enhancers are used by molecular biology researchers to improve the efficiency of knock-in or homology-directed repair in mammalian cells, for example by inhibiting histone deacetylase using Trichostatin A or Sodium Butyrate, or modulating DNA methylation using 5-Azacytidine. This group also helps with cell cycle synchronization and optimization of transfection of Cas9 ribonucleoprotein components in genome engineering experiments.

Example products in this collection: TCI T2477 58880-19-6 Trichostatin A, TCI C3730 54-05-7 Chloroquine, TCI B3820 20350-15-6 Brefeldin A, TCI J0039 202592-23-2 JQ-1 Carboxylic Acid, TCI A2232 2353-33-5 5-Aza-2'-deoxycytidine, TCI N1110 503468-95-9 NU 7441, TCI A2033 320-67-2 5-Azacytidine, TCI N1138 31430-18-9 Nocodazole.

Please note the high purity and stability of the compounds against light or temperature, especially for nucleoside analogues that are easily degraded, as well as the suitability of the working concentration with the cell culture protocol used. All products are genuine Tokyo Chemical Industry (TCI) Japan products, with purity, packaging, and storage conditions listed on each item's page.
