Photopolymer Reagents — a collection of reactive monomers such as acrylates, methacrylates, and epoxy compounds (glycidyl ethers) designed for polymerization processes triggered by light or heat. This group includes monomers with functional groups that can undergo cross-linking to form polymer networks.

Photopolymer Reagents are used in photopolymer resin formulations for photolithography, coatings, and photoresist materials in the semiconductor and printing industries. Acrylate and methacrylate monomers with adamantyl or cyclopentyl groups are used to control film properties such as hardness and heat resistance, while bisglycidyl epoxy compounds are used as precursors for stabilized epoxy resins.
