Collection: Cell and Tissue Imaging

Cell and Tissue Imaging — brings together fluorescent conjugates, fluorescent dyes, and Raman probes used to visualize cell and tissue structures under the microscope. This category covers staining materials for specific organelles through to imaging probes based on Raman spectroscopy.

Cell and Tissue Imaging is used by cell biology and microscopy researchers to stain cell components such as mitochondria using JC-1 or cell nuclei using Hoechst 33258, and to visualize RNA through specific fluorescent dyes. Raman probes are also used in label-free imaging to observe the distribution of molecules within cells without conventional staining. Tissue clearing reagents are also included in this category to support imaging of biofilms and thick tissues.

Example products in this collection: TCI T4436 T-Fluor 480 Solution [for RNA staining], TCI B6123 2156642-70-3 BIP, TCI T4300 3520-43-2 JC-1, TCI B6236 23491-45-4 Bisbenzimide H 33258 (0.2mL*5) (1mg/mL in Water) [for Cell Staining], TCI T4072 T-Fluor 480 [for RNA staining], TCI C0004 154071-48-4 Calcein (mixture of isomers) [for Fluorometric Determination of Ca], TCI T4032 Clearing Reagent iCBiofilm-H2 [for Biofilm], TCI C2686 91809-66-4 5-TAMRA.

Selection of imaging reagents should be adjusted to the target organelle or structure being observed, as well as to excitation and emission wavelengths compatible with the microscope system used. All products are genuine Tokyo Chemical Industry (TCI) Japan products, with purity, packaging, and storage conditions listed on the page of each item.
